Placing A Call
When placing a call using I Love Cheap Calls, you simply dial a local access number to enter our system and start taking advantage of our low rates—without having to switch carriers. Local access numbers can be found on your "My Account" page. Every time you place a call, our system will read your account balance and minutes. As you make calls, we automatically deduct the cost of the call from your prepaid balance. All of your account details, including remaining balance, minutes used, original charge amount, and both the origination and destination number of each call, is available at your “My Account” page. We use the highest industry standards and a Secured Socket Layering (SSL) encryption to protect your privacy.

• Set up your I Love Cheap Calls access number on speed dial in your phone
• Register your home, cell and other frequently used phone numbers
• Set up the numbers you call frequently in the “Speed Dial” tab in the I Love Cheap Calls Customer Portal.

Placing a call from a pre-registered phone number (such as your home or cell)

• Dial local access number
• followed by the phone number you wish to call or * and your two digit speed dial number.

Placing a call from a non pre-registered phone number (possibly from a pay phone or hotel phone, etc.)

• Dial access number
• dial your 11-digit PIN
• dial phone number you wish to call or * and your two digit speed dial number.

Automatic Recharge
If your balance falls below a certain level and you choose our Automatic Recharge Option during sign up, I Love Cheap Calls will automatically recharge your account using the amount you pre-selected. You can change the Automatic Recharge mode or amounts at any time by accessing your account at http://my.ilovecheapcalls.com/recharge.html
